This very simple lemonade is nice and mellow, not too sweet and not too sour, but a perfect balance of both!
-Ingredients-
• 2 large lemons
• 1 cup of sugar
• 6 cups of cold water
-Instructions-
Start by juicing the lemons, then strain into a pitcher to remove pulp and seeds.
Next, pour water and sugar into the pitcher and with a whisk, rapidly stir until sugar is completely dissolved, and you’re done!
Give it a taste and see if it’s to your liking. If so, great! But if it’s too sour or not sweet enough, just add some more sugar or if it’s too much of both add some more water. Don’t be afraid to experiment.
